The subject says it all and still you ask for Pros. Yes there is a WFH culture that's the only Pros in disguise.

Cons

After working for more than 6 years as a Top performer I was laid off all of sudden and when I say Top performer I really mean it. So just wonder what can happen to you any day. I have seen lot of Hire and Fire during my Tenure .Ok you think you are in good Position as of now as you are the one who is getting other people fired , mark my words you will be very soon on the firing line. This company doesn't cares about anyone.

Complexity of projects, adjustment period to fully ramp up, pace of work can sometimes be very fast.
