Pros

Vision is a healthy and growing company. Unlike other companies in the government software service sector, Vision's management has led the company to steady growth via a sustainable approach. Some strategic acquisitions have sped that process along, most of the growth is organic. The company has, in my opinion, a very bright short, medium, and long term future.

Cons

Vision does not offer the very best benefits package. Paid time off is no better than average. Healthcare coverage is less than other companies I've worked for.

• Flexible hours • $17 an hour with gas reimbursement • Management is very kind and laid back

Cons

• You have to interact with home owners daily, and some of them are very rude/mean • The job requires you to drive a lot which puts many miles on your car
