I’ve been with this company for some time now off and on and while some of the old reviews about how bad it was are accurate - it’s definitely become an incredible place to work in the last couple years. The new management team works really hard at cultivating a respectful environment that makes you feel like you don’t need to “check your life at the door” so to speak. There are some cool new initiatives to modernize the way Vision does business and they clearly make it a priority to stay relevant and customer oriented through focus groups and a policy of transparency !

As a new employee walking into a company still rebounding from a restructuring one of the first things I noticed was the renewed energy around rebuilding their reputation for excellent customer support. Since joining Vision I've seen multiple clients reach out to say how much they appreciate the positive changes they've experienced with our growing Support Team—a great sign that things are starting to move in the right direction. There is also a lot of energy focused on ramping up community engagement. We have a lot of upcoming conferences, demos and events on the schedule for this year and are letting folks know that Vision is back and growing. If your new hire experience is like mine you can expect to receive a thorough onboarding from knowledgeable staff, high, but clearly communicated expectations, and the proper tools required to be set up for success.
