Pros

flexible because they have their businesses all unorganized and understaffed

Cons

this company is so unorganized and treats employees terrible. there are no incentives and forgery is a common practice within the company regarding paperwork. there is no nurse that does training like there used to be,..their other company within another company is priority..their veteran patients come last because they dont make as much money as they do with the wealthy at eliza jennings..as an aide do not work here!!!!or office personel or nursing

Pros

Sorry, no pros for this company from me.

Cons

First day of training was unpaid and the office was 30 min commute from my house. Then I specified in my interview I could only work a certain shift and they assured me they had that shift open in the areas I could work. After training, I was constantly sent cases that were sometimes 1 hour from my home and none of the shifts I wanted. I would have considered making the long commute, but it was 3-4 hour shifts.

Management is Poor

Pros

I love working with the elderly. I always engage them about their family and ask what they like. I want them to know I truly care and for them to always be comfortable. That's the best thing about the job, the clients. The flexibility is good.

Cons

Hired as Companion without anyone looking me in the eye. I have extensive experience for companion care. I was not given a Job Description & never know anything about clients when I went. Clts were unaware that a fill in was coming. Not matched correctly. Poor Communication. Hired without even being looked in the eye, given a packet and left. No idea how to get "work". Feel rushed & questions go umanswered. They ask you to 'omit' the fact you're not a CNA. Hired as Companion means you'll be doing CNA work even when you have no experience as a CNA.
