Really strange place and office culture lunch meetings are scheduled without regard for whether or not you eat

There still are some great people at the company

Cons

The company is being driven into the ground. People are being let go left and right. Everyone is worried about their job. Poor managerial decisions are the rule, not the exception. In just a few short years the company has gone from having a family feel to an atmosphere of distrust and fear.

The management cannot be trusted and will pull the rug out from under employees. Creates a hostile and suspicious culture and lowers morale.
