Pros

They know their craft and have been making AAA sports games for decades. Hardcore sports gamers and will love it.

Cons

Very old school development process. Making games with tmethodologies that are quite out dated and without any motivation to adapt. Not very process driven at all, much more of a fly by night style of development.

Relative to the rest of the industry, Visual Concepts can provide longer than average periods of employment. There are many employees that have been at the company for over 15 years. Good benefits package.

Cons

A sport game might not be the most creative environment that an artist can work in.
