      Pros

      The CEO really cares about his employees. I was impressed with how many times he went out of his way to care for us and show his appreciation. Everyone who works there has worked hard to get there and loves what they do. This makes the work environment so special and creative. This sort of culture isn't normal. And I feel privileged to have been a part of it.

      Cons

      Growth was incredible to be a part of at Vital. While there are always growing pains, they didn't last long. I thought the management team handled everything really well.
