The company has worked really hard to get exactly the type of employees they want working here. People who are passionate about what they do, marketers, project managers, developers, and designers alike.

Cons

Work/Life balance CAN be very good at Vital. However, there are often times when extra hours are required to meet demands of a backlog of work. Agencies can be a stressful place to work. Vital is no exception
