I was constantly learning here, and I got to work with so many different team members through the different projects I took on. This is definitely a good place for collaboration and a fun team environment.

Cons

Work life balance seemed like it could be better in my opinion, but I think that's pretty standard for agency life

Great work culture. Awesome management team who really cares about the people and the work they put out for their clients. The people and reputation make up Vital. Great work, great clients. You will learn a lot working across a diverse client base in many industry verticals. The phrase 'wear many hats' is very true working at a smaller digital web agency.

Cons

Workload can be demanding at times managing numerous clients, projects, deadlines, etc.
