      Pros

      Benefits were the best part of working for Vital. Great health insurance, paid lunches, stocked kitchen, unlimited PTO. Enjoyed most colleagues, generally good people.

      Cons

      Definitely felt as if management had favorites. Not great onboarding/training for new employees. Expectations didn’t always align with reviews.
