Great pay and benefits! The structure of this company allows me to utilize my skills all while collaborating with other team members. Freedom to work independently, no micromanagement. After working for a few years have earned the benefit of a hybrid schedule. Quality of work/ life is great.

Cons

I wish the office was a little closer to home, but nothing else other than that.

Every single review with 5 stars is coming from corporate! From their view everything is peachy. This company needs a lot of work! Pay is NEVER CORRECT! PTO is taken without your consent when absent. Which is never accrued seems like. Management never follows up. Micromanaging is terrible. Lack of training. Lack of support!
