During my time there, we were informed that a new nurse would be training at another location due to the reported success of that approach in the past. However, when the nurse eventually joined our team after a month, it was clear they were not adequately trained—they were unfamiliar with basic responsibilities like conducting intakes and entering orders. It was disappointing and raised concerns about transparency and training practices within the organization.Communication between management was often inconsistent. One manager would make a promise or give direction, only for another to later say it wasn’t allowed or wasn’t in line with company policy. This created confusion and made it difficult to trust the information we were given or feel confident in what to expect.
