Pros

None. Be vert careful when applying to this company

Cons

This company will ghost you after you do a final interview and they promise to get back to you by a certain time. Very disrespectful and indicative of a toxic culture

This company does not care about you

Pros

401K, health insurance, PTO, great co-workers,

Cons

No paid sick pay, even though it is the law in CA. Work days are barely staffed, with no time to take breaks or lunches (class action lawsuits), while management is very top-heavy. Upper management is all talk when it comes to creating a great working environment- it’s “more donors, less staff”. Either they are so out of touch, or they plainly do not care. The donors are unhappy. Our donor base is only a fraction of what it was before this company took over our blood center. The staff is unhappy. The company has lost so many talented long-term employees, and turnover is high. Many new staff are here only to get experience, and then move on to a higher paying job where they are respected.

Pros

Most of donors that come in have positive vibes and are fun to work with.

Cons

Managers are some of the most incompetent and pretentious people I have ever met. All of them from center supervisors to regional managers.
