Pros

Getting to see the state and that you can travel and not be in the same place everyday and they pay for your gas and you get per diem when you work out of town and you make great friends.

Cons

Management is toxic and hostile. They will fire you if they don’t like you and they are very political.

The job I loved made me make a hard decision

You get to help people and save lives. You meet some of the most selfless people you will ever meet. Coming into work every day you know you will and are making a difference.

Cons

No matter how hard you work, change the donor numbers in the positive by a high amount or give ideas on how to innovate and get more donors to become donors. You will not be paid accurately or be heard.
