Pros

Plenty of VTO (Voluntary Time Off) If you don't actually want to work, this job is for you! Cause they'll send you home early without warning! Work parties, that you don't get paid for to attend (they take unpaid hours out of your schedule if you want to attend)

Cons

*Inadequate training and they throw you out onto the call floor before you're ready *Defective equipment and they don't pay you when the systems don't work *Cutback your hours without warning or authorization *Lower pay for work from home agents *Not as many benefits compared to those working "in office" *Very difficult to get in contact with supervisors and they get upset with you when you need help on their days off (no alternatives if they have the day off) *Upper management doesn't really care about customers or employees. They're more interested in stats and money. If the call flow is slow, they'll send you home and if you push back, they'll just threaten to fire you. *No way to move up in the company, if you're working from home. Unless, you want to move to Utah and work "in office" but, at that point...what's the point of working from home? *You start at $11 and max at $13. In office agents make on average, $1-2 more than you, they get free meals, prizes and in office health check ups. No incentives to working from home. *Supervisors get upset at you if you have ANY background noise. I have a boyfriend and a dog. They never make a peep. But, I know others that have issues from management that have kids, etc.

It's good to hear from our employees who are in a work-from-home situation. Many of these positions are new so your feedback is valuable.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO (looks frown upon and questioned) - Free****** Lunch every day * (actually it still comes off your paycheck) - Work with great talented people

Cons

- Fails to recognize talent - Culture is based on brotherhood and not performance. - Many communication disconnections between product and operations. - Co. wants loyalty but none is returned.
