Cons
I am probably going to sound like an entitled person, but the whole company seems very robotic and they make you feel completely replaceable. If you dont conform exactly to their structure you are fired. They hire anyone with a pulse and dont care if you can actually help take care of the customer. Every minute of your day is logged. You have to be logged in and ready to take calls as soon as your shift starts. Call length is recorded if you take too long to actually help out customers then you will get written up. Every form of help you can provide is tracked and actual customer service is not valued. There is no waiving of cancellation fees unless you are bankrupt. Cancel fees can be as high as $5,000 for a customer. If money is why they are cancelling there is a culture of you selling them more equipment and pushing a "better deal" that just signs the customer up for a longer contract. You only get 15 minutes off the phone for personal time. If you are one minute late you start accumulating points. I had a friend work there and he broke his foot and was a minute late multiple times due to his broken foot and managment was not understanding. I had work approved to be off weeks in advance for one day and the manager didnt put it in the software so it showed I had to work that day. It marked me as a no call no show for a day that my manager and I knew that we had requested off and I had found someone to cover it. I still got written up.
