Pros

The only pros are the free lunch. Other than that it is like working in a sweatshop.

Cons

The training was non existent, the hours are absurd and the management is incompetent. The management expects the software developers to do the impossible. They are completely overpaying for a product that does not work with their system (Salesforce) If they would have spent half of the money they spent on Salesforce fixing up their old system it would be 10 times as fast and 10 times the quality. Not to mention they have a complete disregard for any legal requirements that are placed upon the company. If you are going to apply here stay away. Unless you really like to be ridiculed talked down to and overworked. I guess if you can take all of that like the free lunch's. The insurance is a joke for those who don't work in the call center. There needs to be some kind of change to give the people who aren't call center employees better insurance.

Pros

worked with some talented and fun people. perks (occasional jazz tickets) were nice and nobody fussed to much about takin time off.

Cons

BOYS CLUB. women dont get leadership roles and they don't get promoted. men get promoted for being bros with leadership. marketing makes things look exciting and they throw a lot of parties to distract you from the manipulation and straight up lies. do not fall for it and do NOT work here. leadership wants you to be in it for more than just a paycheck (but why else would anybody go to work?) and tries to make employees feel grateful to the company like you owe them something. zero growth opportunity unless you threaten to leave. dthey always have a BS reason for why you can not get promoted. when i finally left after many years of mistreatment they hired multiple people to take my spot so suddenly they had this budget for additional salary? everybody is underpaid and leadership is out of touch. hr is corrupt and does nothin to help employes who ask them for help

Pros

Work by yourself. You get benefits.

Cons

Incredibly stressful work environment due to incompetent management. Randomly changing the metrics(on which your judged by each quarter/year) to whatever fits their agenda. Good luck asking for any support as the manger can't even be bothered leave their house or favorite technicians to help someone improve at their job. But will act like they are always there for you. INCREDIBLY shady sales tactics, they try to make it seem like they are "adding" value to a customer's house but really they are just installing very cheap products at a very high price. They will say they care about you and your family, but in all reality they only care about their metrics. You are just a number. Please don't support this place.
