Pros

Vizient has a great atmosphere for employees. The individual contributors definitely are the keys to success for the organization. The valued connections and friendships are beyond what I could have imagined.

Cons

Currently, Vizient is under a merger / acquisition so their world is turned upside down as they work to determine an integration plan and set out what the future of offerings the company will provide.

Pros

Great CEO and organization (literally well organized company). Great benefits, including a base of 25 PTO days per year, and it increases based on your tenure at the company. Great office space.

Cons

Salaries are on the low end for these positions (or at least my position). Annual increases in salary aren't that great, but at least they happen.

Pros

Vizient (formerly VHA / Novation) has a collaborative, positive culture and does solid work that benefits hospitals. The benefits are good and people are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The company is in a period of significant transition. With that there is opportunity for growth. However, there is ambiguity in roles and uncertainty in some departments future.
