They try to stay connected with their contractors, and one of the few disputes I had with my client was handled well by my representative.

Cons

They filed for an incorrect pay rate costing both myself and their company money, and my placement agent attempted to cover it up.

Pros

if you're in a contact position, the rep does a good job on follow up with project, and also they try to place you after your contract ends.

Cons

no benefits at all, so you have to get a good rate to make up the difference. Also no career advancement opportunities.
