Pros

the vacation and benefits are a good reason to work for Volt. There are many senior managers who have been with the company for several years and can provide support

Cons

the team work is very poor at Volt. Over acheivers tend to stay amongst themselves, and do not share any info to get ahead.

Pros

Volt offers a range of job types with multiple locations across America. They also offer a good pay package and have convenient and flexible work hours.

Cons

The benefits package is some what inept with zero paid vacation except national holidays, and semi decent medical and dental healthcare.
