Good starter job, but that's about it

Pros

Decent starting wage. Not a bad job for someone just out of school to get their feet wet in the industry.

Cons

Only promotion possible is to level 2. Pay for current employees was cut 10% a few years ago, and has not been reinstated. After being there over 4 years, I'm making less than when I started. Time off is not paid. (You do get a check for a weeks pay after work hours total a year)

Too entreprenurial for it's own good. Communication challenged. Lack of employee enrichment program for management.

they have the contracts for the jobs you want. The interview process is easy. I was happy with the results of the whole process.

Cons

the Healthcare benefits are too expensive. Holiday pay is not offered and you cannont acrew sick days or vactaion days.
