Outdated technology. Hire a professional IT company and stop trying to do it in house. Seriously, they are offline all the time. Also, did the Von Maurs buy an IBM factory back in the 70s? Also, if you're going to work for Von Maur, remember these guidelines: Don't have a normal human personality (they call us Von Martians for a reason.) Don't disagree with anything that management says. In fact, just don't have any opinions. Don't talk about your "real life" Smile, nod, keep your head down, and don't let them see the whites of your eyes.

Management does nothing to actually resolve problems. Customer is always right even at the expense of the employee. Search as returns without receipts or tags / obviously worn Job security ....
