They have some great team members there, customer driven

Cons

Big brother is always watching, as an employee nothing is private. Don't take any surveys or online anything from the company when they look for feedback because they will say it's anonymous but IT IS NOT, if you write something bad about the company then they will target you, mob you, and to make want you quit.

Decent hours, I guess? Benefits are OK.

Cons

Super strict. 1 minute late is late. Women must wear dresses, with no visible tattoos or piercings. And don't even think about using the employee discount, because if they think you've abused it (even if you haven't) you'll be fired immediately with no benefit of doubt and no opportunity to defend yourself. They'll simply reiterate that it's at-will employment and they don't need a reason to fire you. Their discount is more precious to them than their people.
