Decent pay for retail No crazy holiday hours Time and a half on Sundays

Cons

The day I started at this job I felt paranoid and as if they would fire anyone at any moment. This company has more policies then I have hairs on my head, yet they do not have a book for you to look at when they claim you have broken a policy. I never felt valued at this job even though I rocked every goal that was given to me. They don't praise you for the good you do yet they will never miss a chance to tell you when you have done something wrong. You can't even drink water on the floor.
