Has it's ups and downs but overall a great place to start!

Pros

Good discount, friendly atmosphere, paid holidays, rewards for a job well done. It is easy to make friends with fellow associates. Great, friendly management.

Cons

TESS! It is hard for a system to remember that we are humans and not schedule us crazy shifts. The dress code is somewhat strict but I don't mind wearing skirts.

Lots of rewards for doing good work, commission pay, discount, able to move up in the company if you're good at what you and follow the rules

Cons

Very difficult to make switches if you need a day off for some reason, very very strict rules, I've seen a few different people fired for easy mistakes.

Pros

The pay is better than some and worse than others but its on time and the check doesn't bounce. The discounts are decient and other benefits (vacation time, health, ect.) are good.

Cons

Scheduling problems with TESS, she has no soul. Management does not back associates and under staffing.
