Have all paid Holidays off, have schedule three weeks in advance and can access from home, get overtime for Sundays, nice employee discount, commission in a busy department can be lucrative, special bonuses for contests, and can Personal Shop with customers all over the store and put complete outfits together. Training is very professional and the best in the business.

Cons

Management is very young and changes annually leaving no consistency in leadership, which can be very confusing and unstable. If you are expecting older management that has been with the corporation for twenty or twenty-five years, you will not find that here. Therefore, your annual review will be by a different person every year.
