      Pros

      atmosphere is upscale and pleasant one week of training is very thorough managers are helpful and supportive schedules are done one month in advance so can request certain days off if known in advance

      Cons

      some eight hour days even for part-time employees can be difficult. weekends mandatory having to work other departments when short staffed

      *one weekend off per month *two Sundays off per month *time and a half paid on Sundays *seven holidays off-six holidays paid *health benefits *understanding management *great coworkers *nice customers *better than expected pay *No crazy late/early hours during holidays/sales:open 10-9 M-F, 12-6 Sundays

      *strict rules and policies including a very specific dress code *standing on feet all day *need more associates to cover departments

      Pros

      Nice place to work if you don't mind a work environment that's like 1955. Women couldn't wear pants. Pretty absurd.

      Cons

      If you do anything that is seen as an infraction, your chances for moving up or getting promoted are nil.
