Pros

Decent wages if you've been around for a while. Actual jobs can be fun and you can meet great people.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid most of the time. Corporate people have lost touch with reality inside the stores. Despite being a union job, it is almost expected (non-verbally of course) that work will get done off the clock.

the only thing that kept me here for 5+ years is the fact that i got paid every week(tiny pay check) and had fun co workers.

Cons

raises of 10 cents? give. me. a. break. underpaid and way overworked. management trains you to do everything in the store so you can be their bi***, which is supposedly against union policy but they will do whatever they want with their employees until you do something about it, management is never satisfied and is always on edge. union dues suck, What has the union done for me? nothing.
