      The people I work with are the best.

      Extremely difficult to get ahead and the store purposely understaffs the employees to get as much work out of someone while paying the least amount of money.

      - Coworkers are usually pretty cool - Customer service training - Good first job. Anything after this is only better.

      Cons

      This is an employer that takes advantage of hard workers instead of rewarding them. Management constantly lies to get better results out of you. People who have been with the company for a long time are pressured into quitting to make room for cheaper new hires. This is the definition of entry level work. Working for Vons will give you the motivation you need to get a degree in ANYTHING just to get out. I've seen so many people who don't deserve a dime getting pay raises by managers making mistakes on payroll and letting people who suck up to them get maxed out.
