Pros

Having spent over 18 months at Vorto, I can confidently say that this is not your typical 9-5 job. From day one, it was made clear that flexibility and adaptability are key to success here. Vorto isn't just a workplace it's an environment where change is not only expected but embraced. One of the most exciting aspects of working at Vorto is the constant evolution of roles and responsibilities. You're not confined to a static job description instead, you're encouraged to explore and take on new challenges. This dynamic nature of the job has provided me with endless growth opportunities. I've had the chance to learn and excel in various roles, expanding my skill set beyond what I initially imagined. What sets Vorto apart is its culture of innovation and forward thinking. Employees are not just passive participants they are actively involved in shaping the company's future. Whether it's adapting to market trends or pioneering new initiatives, every member of the team plays a crucial role in driving success. Of course, this level of flexibility can be demanding at times. It requires a certain mindset, one that embraces change and thrives in uncertainty. But for those who are up for the challenge, the rewards are substantial. In summary, my experience at Vorto has been nothing short of exhilarating. It's a place where you're not just an employee; you're a valued contributor to something greater. If you're looking for a job that will push you out of your comfort zone and propel your career to new heights, Vorto is the place to be.

Cons

I wouldn't be here if there was.

Pros

Working at Vorto has been one of the best professional experiences I have ever had. Many of the reviews I have read are true in certain circumstances, When applying it should not be a surprise that this is a company made up of high performers. If you are willing to put in the work and the time there is plenty of potential to grow within the company. During the interview process it will be made clear that the company moves fast and that to succeed you have to keep up, and that may include working long hours. It's something you have to decide is right for you as an individual. There is a certain type of person that excels here. Once you can prove to your manager that you are capable of meeting deadlines and are self disciplined and accountable the sky is the limit. There are so many projects going on that you have the ability to pick and choose to a degree. There has never been a micro managing culture with my experience, If anything its the exact opposite. I would say its more a sink or swim style. I view that as a positive, Others may not . Again its a mindset. The company believes in helping you grow individually and professionally. I have seen employees come in as a logistics coordinator and then get interested in the tech side. The company will help you transition into a different roles if you are willing to put in the effort. Also in the event you leave after an extended amount of time your resume will write itself. I have also been able to travel the country and beyond meeting clients, team members all while helping build smaller businesses within the company. Awesome experience!

Cons

Long hours, sacrifices, internal politics, communication
