Pros

You can meet people that are smart and nice.

Cons

This company couldn't care less about your mental well-being. They'll work you to the bone, then throw a pity party to feign appreciation. Whether you're excelling or struggling, forget about a raise—it's never happening. Their motto is win or die," and it's absolutely revolting.🤢

Pros

Always have merch? Honestly hard to think of many pros

Cons

You will never succeed here unless you have a "golden knee pad" mentality I literally have coworkers with the company logo tattooed on them and #notacult below it If you value work life balance you will be layed off They have promoted employees and NEVER increased the pay they were promised to get in the promotion

Pros

The week on / week off schedule. Met some great people there

Cons

-The week on / week off schedule. Switching from 5am -5pm to 5pm-5am shifts every other week is mentally draining and no one should be subject to that. -Bad office politics and bad overall vibe. -Management constantly switching up on you. -The risk of losing your job is always looming overhead unless you're in the "In Crowd" -No remote work despite perfectly having the ability to do so. If you are working 5pm-5am you barely saw anyone else - there was no reason to make people working over night going in.

We are very open about our job requirements including the specifics around your shift and that we are not a hybrid/remote work environment.
