      Pros

      Provides good benefits to employees, such as 401K with matching, health, dental and vision; disability, life.

      Cons

      They do not consistently promote from within. Lately they have been going outside the company, without giving current employees an opportunity. Some management plays by their own rules.

      Weekends off, most of the time Not a micromanaging atmosphere

      Cons

      Schedule changes a lot on short notice(like the day before) Pay is below other similar industries in the area Supervisors are in place due to "Good Ol Boy" system and are very much lacking. No extra compensation for cross training and learning other areas.
