      Pros

      Exposure to a lot of variety and you can use the experience to learn the basics in design, work with a diverse client list, and sometimes work with some REALLY talented people.

      Cons

      You are a monkey and a number. Middle management is ego fueled and steps on fingers to keep you under them. Upper management doesn't know how to manage an agency this size and struggles with employee development. Really sad that opportunities for growth and salary advancement have to come from their name on your resume and you seeking employment elsewhere. Really a toxic environment.

      Pros

      The company is very well organized and produces a great end result. The job allowed me to see how development projects come together for several different industries.

      Cons

      The workload varied and I almost never had enough projects to work on in order to fill out a time card for a 40 hour work week.
