12hr shifts were good as you had time to recover.

Cons

Poor benefits. The shifts were staggered so we did 2days on 2nights on 3 days off, then 2days on 3nights on 2days off and then 3days on 2days off and 2 days off and rotated.

poor pay, National team is very toxic and passes that onto the sites. More interest in email protocol than employee engagement.
