Pros

Witron is a fantastic company to work for. It is an engaging company, that serves one of the largest industries in the world (logistics), with new and exciting technology. They provide their employees with the opportunity to find their strengths and interests, and then apply that towards helping it's customers and employees alike. There are abundant learning opportunities, and very quick growth paths if one applies themselves to their job. Promoting from within is a deeply held ethos within Witron. Very fun and eventful company parties are held to thank their employees at multiple points throughout the year. Benefits are great, and profit sharing is provided. I've never had problems with the insurance offered. If you like to travel, Witron has many traveling opportunities, especially for those that put in the hard work.

Cons

Witron prides themselves on employee autonomy and "getting the job done". This can be a difficult job for those looking for well defined corporate structures or those that require procedures for their daily tasks. While working hours are generally fair, this is not a company for those who want to simply "clock-in & clock-out", those who do well in Witron are willing to work odd or extra hours as necessary, and are "self-starters" in their quest for learning and productivity. Heavy traveling can often times be an expectation for growth in the company, but this depends on one's role and desired career path.

Pros

Very few nowadays. None that are keeping me from wanting to leave this place as soon as possible.

Cons

It feels like high school all over again. Seriously... I have never seen so many cliques and the cronyism is on another level. If you don't kiss but then you will likely not make it very far.

Senior managers and Human Resources actively practice an open-door policy and encourage all colleagues to share concerns directly or anonymously with relevant parties. While the nature of our business unfortunately leads to times when we feel like front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house, we've executed on office-wide teambuilding exercises like cornhole tournaments and bowling nights to help bring our very business teams in social settings. As for cronyism, there have been no instances of corporate malfeasance or financial mismanagement reported or observed. Given that this is the second review in the past 60 days to use the word "cronyism" without any tangible examples, maybe this is a "fake review" by a disgruntled former employee. Either way, management wishes you well, thanks you for your service, and hopes you are able to find an environment in which you can thrive and be happy.

Pros

The pay is nice for the job you do.

Cons

The management are the worst type of people to even come across. If you dont get in with a click you will not last. The hours are the worst when you are on the nights. They say you will rotate from days to nights, its a lie.

We're sorry to read that you had a negative experience during your time at Aurora. As a rule, management never makes promises about scheduling as there are too many variables that can impact the flexibility we can extend to our colleagues. Importantly at Aurora, we saw a retirement and two people move on to other opportunities within a very short period of time. As we provide 24/7 service to our customer, our operational requirements trump any personal desires for different schedules; indeed, we communicate at hire that schedules are subject to change at any time based upon our customer's needs. Human Resources will commit to working with management to build a stronger sense of team-wide unity and ensuring that employees are assessed and treated based on their performance and not because of social or interpersonal closeness. Best of luck on your next professional adventure.
