      great company being ruined by upper management's obsession with wall street

      Pros

      fast paced and challenging work enviroment. managers who help you learn and grow within the company. will let you take on responsibility beyond your job title. can be a fun place to work.

      Cons

      too much infighting between departments, a very bad- take care of yourself mentality in management. you will be hung out to dry by alot of employees so they can make themselves look good to upper mangement. this company has become way to obsessed with stock prices and what wall street anaylists think rather than focus on being fair on pricing with customers, expect your pay to be frozen for several years or have all overtime taken away simply because the company did not beat earning estimates by enough to "wow" some wall street anaylist.

      everything about the company is horrible...management doesn't care about the employees...they treat them like trash...theres no leadership all that matters is raping the customer on bs fees that are just to line the fat cats wallets and make their golfing trips that much better..the sales incentives are given to depts that have nothing to do with sales..employees dont receive any acknowledgment from management unless you're kissing ass and backstabbing...as a current employee i've witnessed racism an sexual deeds happening in the building and no actions were taken...5 yrs into the company having many positions not a chance to move up as i have been held down because of the way i look...horrible company to work for please don't waste your time..."undercover boss" was a joke doesn't show the real side of the company...i tell customers to go elsewhere and try to get business away from them

      Pros

      Work only Monday through Friday, set schedules, and hard work. Opportunities within the company if you work in the correct division. Open door policies protect the employees.

      Cons

      Pay scale is low for some of the divisions; for easier work in the area I could make 25% more per hour. Smaller divisions have limited opportunities for growth. Encountered several managers that truly believe that micro-managing is the best method.
