      Cons

      Managers lie and creates unnecessary confusion in the work place. Policy is not valued. Discrimination methods. Managers have turned co workers against each other. They get off the most holding your feet to the fire, conducting in a tyrannical manner.

      Good Benefits and company events.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive with the market. Micro managing is terrible. There is a constant battle between departments within the organization.
