Amazing benefits package. Really good people work here, people with strong values that do things the right way. A friendly and collaborative environment. Really like the leadership team and their vision for the company.

Cons

Need to continue to build out effective process, rely a bit too much on informal means to accomplish what they need to.

The compensation and the benefits package is very competitive. Projects are very challenging which help you to grow. Supervisor and other employees are always willing to help and teach.

Cons

Projects in remote location may be an issue, but you get use to it

Very competitive wage and benefits. Management does their very best to give you jobs that fit your level of expertise and allow you to try new things. Management also try’s to keep you in a geographical area you desire. They push you to learn new trades and skills to become a more well rounded team player.

Cons

Sometimes we do not always have the best tools to work with. We just need to use what is available in some cases. It seems we still operate the way we did 20 years ago.
