Pros

Great co-workers that are dedicated to performing at their best. I feel my manager wants to help me grow in my career and provides opportunities that will stretch and expand my abilities and experience into new areas. I love being part of this team. The benefits are great too!

Cons

Travel to jobs that are out of town can be challenging, but the dedication and commitment of those that do it is very admirable.

Pros

- Great people to work with and very professional. - Amazing benefits. - The work is challenging and meaningful. - Potential to grow within the company, lots of opportunity. - They care about your work/life balance. - Honest and ethical in how they approach business. - They invest significantly in training, project resources, and the tools necessary to help their employees accomplish their work and stay sharp. - They actually care about their employees and show it rather than just say it. - Interested in continual improvement as a company and with their employees.

Cons

- Because they have been around for some time they can get caught up in maintaining the status quo. But they are making significant effort to change this. - Towards the end of the year their is a lot of focus on profitability which can lose the humaneness that they've built within the company throughout the year.
