      Pros

      Consistent hours, helping customers with a vary niche product (Custom Construction Loan).

      Cons

      Management, culture, technology, training, pay, benefits. The workplace and the DM I reported to displayed cynicism, paranoia and self-interest. The culture in the NO area was toxic because of the in-fighting, fragmentation and failure to develop relationships and show any measure of caring about the "employees." Extremely high turnover in people because of this culture. Beware.

      Pros

      Washington Federal has the greatest culture and people in the industry!

      Cons

      The only real downsides are pay and inability to work remotely.

      Great place to work. Takes care of their employees. Listens to what you have to say and willing to make changes.

      Not a fast pace job if that is what you are looking for
