      Got to have the right boss

      Given opportunities and responsibilities that would have taken me years to accomplish elsewhere

      Cons

      Some bureaucracy going on but you find that almost everywhere. The CFO seems to be highly against change.

Its funny that some people like you love the responsibility and view it as an opportunity and others see it as a burden. I am excited to see the what we can do as we make strategic investments to improve process that will ultimately lead to improved service for our clients.

      Thanks for the feedback, underwriting is an art not a science. One of the things that sets us apart is we still have human beings doing the underwriting versus machines. With regards to you comments on pay, we take that to heart. The cost of living is increasing particularly in Seattle and other metro areas. We are considering our options in terms of mix of compensation to help. More and better training is coming!

      Bank holidays and only working Monday through Friday

      Cons

      Everything. Pay is horrible. No one cares about you or your feelings. They can ask for your opinion and get mad at whatever you say. If you agree and do what they say you get whatever you want pretty much want. Disagree with them you’re a threat and could careless what your opinion ever is. They will push you to quit and will be happy to open the door when you leave them. No pay raises even though you get to do your job and everyone else’s jobs. This company deserves -10 stars.
