Management has terrible communication with people below them Profit at any cost mentality Non-technical people are managing technical folks very poorly Unwillingness from upper management to invest in critical infrstructure

High health insurance deductible, poor training for new employees, terrible pay, you are given tasks beyond your job description, expected to perform tasks within multiple roles, you aren't fairly compensated for tasks performed, little to know acknowledgement, no support from higher positions, no real room for growth, no set procedures and guidelines, no "care" for their employees.
