      Pros

      People matter. Clients, employees, and community alike matter. In the call center, sufficient training. Tools are available to do your job. Getting help is always available. Even though it's a call center, you can still call back with the right answer. You are allowed to research the information you need.

      Cons

      No part time positions in the call center in Everett. A lot of different places to find the answers what you're looking for but not everything is always in the place you think it would be or titled the way you think you look up making searching for answers sometimes challenging

      Family first attitude. Co-workers within the branch are family like.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, expectations vs pay is ridiculous. Products we offer absolutely terrible!
