      Pay was decent, people you work with are great

      Cons

      Management is severely lacking. No direction or support unless your part of the clique. No room for promotion unless someone leaves.

      Poor pay, lack of training, communication problems, spiteful colleagues

      Benefits are good and that's it.

      Cons

      You do a lot of tasks that normally you wouldn't at another financial institution and get paid basically minimum wage to do tasks that are designed for a different position and above your title. Poor communication. Poor training, your training is you make a mistake and get yelled at for it. People within the company talk poorly about each other and creates a hostile or stressful atmosphere.
