      Pros

      There is nothing positive I can say about this company. Its just not worth trying to dig into my memories to find one.

      Cons

      They treat you like a slave and believe their slave wages are fair. They are not. The policies placed on their clients are archaic. Its a catty work place environment filled with drama and and cutthroat tactics used on employees to make other departments despise one another

      Pros

      The best reason for working at WaFd was the hours. Monday-Friday schedule and off no later than 6:30.

      Cons

      Washington Federal claims to care about it's clients but in no way cares about their employees. The work asked of you and the salary they pay is ridiculous. There is no training whatever and if you need help you're told to "just call and ask Seattle". This was embarrassing having to constantly call HQ because nobody (including the Branch Manager) could help me. Half the time when you call you get bumped around and don't get a straight answer. HR for the area was extremely rude and I felt like nobody cared if you failed.. but help the client and sell this and sell that! Also, no room for advancement. If you "move up" it's just lateral. No pay raises. Do NOT recommend..
