      Pros

      Convenient to where I live.

      Cons

      Friends promote friends even if unqualified. Training was non- existent and you rely on your co-workers for directions which is purely “tribal knowledge” does not exist in policies and procedures. I have witnessed so many violations of OT not being recorded per directions from supervisor as it is not allowed.

      Paid holidays, vacation time, no weekends, 401k w company match, health insurance

      Cons

      Either no oversight or micromanaged. Low pay for the amount of work required. Constantly changing policy.

      Good health benefits PTO, Vacation time

      Cons

      It's pretty good fast food places start their employees out at the same wage I receive after being here for years. Plus all the new hires start out making the same wage I do. Raises are pretty nonexistent and the bonuses they offer, you have to have a manager that gets new accounts and mortgage loans, to even qualify. No room for advancement.

      thank you for your post. It is an incredibly challenging environment to hire. While we have had a number of nice successes we have certainly also struggled in other areas. I would respectfully disagree about room for advancement, we just promoted over 150 employees from within the bank.
