      Senior Management is weak

      Pros

      Not much. If you like a job with low pay, low morale and low expectations this would be a good fit.

      Cons

      Senior management is always chasing the next shiny object rather than being strategic in its thinking and direction. Technology and systems are outdated. This is a 100 year old company and technology hasn’t progressed much since then. Processes are manual and errors are consistent. Only way for career growth is to join the good old boy program and become a “yes man”.
