      Confusing, Overwhelming, and Condescending

      Got to work from home.

      Cons

      Trainers and supervisors are rude, making asking for help awkward and uncomfortable. Initially, the job is overwhelming, yet it feels like we're expected to know it all right out of the gate. Instruction varies based on supervisor, adding to the confusion and feeling overwhelmed. The spreadsheet we're expected to use is difficult unless you know what you're looking for.
