Unequal treatment, not a lot of raises, low pay, bad management, corporate does not listen to their employees at all!

There are good benefits and guaranteed raises, at least in the San Francisco stores because they are part of a union. There are also opportunities for promotion to management if you work hard.

Cons

The job is your usual retail experience which is okay, I guess. But, when an overzealous manager comes in it can ruin really suck.
