Pros

Good learning experience. School staff is amazing especially the admin. Some really great residential staff

Cons

No staff. Some really lazy staff. Some very aggressive clients, but that is to be expected when working with children with severe trauma. Some supervisors show do minimal work and play favorites while others are wonderful

Pros

Great clinical team, opportunity to work within residential and school, really able to build up clinical skills and develop therapeutic relationships with the children, CEU opportunities

Cons

Staffing concerns (HIGH turnover) in other departments frequently effect treatment/work/children, salary is very low for the field, inter-departmental politics, not much ability to move up as a clinician, many staff have poor work/life balance
